    We recognize that our social, environmental and ethical conduct has an impact on our reputation and Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) is fundamental to BG Cab’s culture and core values.  We therefore take our CSR’s seriously and are committed to advancing our policies and systems across BG Cab to ensure we address and monitor all aspects of CSR that are relevant to our business. These include good ethical behavior, concern for employee health and safety, care for the environment and community involvement.

    It reflects the corporate social and environmental sustainability commitments we make to our clients, shareholders, employees, drivers, and to our communities.  These commitments enable us to perform with the highest standards of good governance and ethics; provide services that meet the rising expectations of our clients and business partners; attract and retain quality employees; provide meaningful support in our communities; and improve the social and environmental impacts of our business practices and those of our business partners.

    We strive to maintain a productive and open dialogue with all parties who may have an interest in our activities including shareholders, clients, vendors, drivers, and employees. We will work closely with our clients, monitor vendor performance and actively encourage feedback from our clients, drivers, and employees.

    The Managing Members take ultimate responsibility for CSR and is committed to developing and implementing appropriate policies while adhering to a fundamental commitment to create and sustain long term value.  As a company driven largely by transportation, our main assets are the talents and skills of the people we employ and contract.

    We maintain our website as one of the main routes for providing information to interested parties and for contacting us.

    A few years ago, BG Cab set out to create a corporate mission statement. Something that would guide the actions of everyone in the organization. Our goals, beliefs and principles are the foundation of the work we do on behalf of our passengers, drivers and employees every day.

    We have chosen to specialize within the taxicab industry by offering only experiences of exceptional quality. Our objective is to be recognized as the “Premier” taxicab company that manages the finest drivers and employees.

    We are a locally owned taxicab company open for business 24/7 proudly serving Lexington, Kentucky with a large fleet of premium vehicles, including sedans and vans, to service passengers.

    Leading Innovation & Technology

    BG Cab believes in technology and has an advanced state of the art communications center to service passengers and our drivers. The center utilizes an advanced dispatch GPS (Global Positioning System) for locating and dispatching taxicabs for fast service.  And, our drivers utilize Samsung Galaxy Tablets (with turn by turn navigation) in their vehicles to receive your pickup request.

    Not only can you call our dispatch number to order a taxi, you can now see where your taxi is online or on our free iPhone and Android app.  Just hail our taxis from the app, we’ll spot your location and a taxi will be on its way and you can watch the taxi come to you.  It’s that simple.

    We accept most major credit cards and our payment system will instantly text or email your receipt, your choice.

    BG Cab is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau of Central and Eastern Kentucky, Lexington and the Bluegrass Hospitality Association.
